Living in Northern New England, we spend most of our snowy winters longing for summertime and warmer days. That’s why, when grilling season rolls around, we’re more than ready to fire up the gas grill for those backyard BBQ’s!

Grilled Potato Salad with Black Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves black garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Grilled Cucumbers with Creamy Feta Dip

Ingredients (serves 4)

Grilled Cucumbers:

  • 10 baby cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt

Feta Dip:
